The Conscious Explorer has a simple aim
Share the joy of travel and be aware of your impact
Applying a conscious lens doesn't need to come at the expense of good value, nor do you need to be perfect. You can choose to travel on any budget and still make more conscious choices. As travellers we have a part to play in reducing the impact we have on the world around us. It can start with re-using your towels, to rounding up a few dollars on your flight to cover carbon emissions right though to choosing one of our extremely responsible B Corp partners for your tours. It all helps!
If we take a moment to understand the impact our choices have on the people and communities we visit, the animals we discover and the environment we all share, we will connect with our travel on a much deeper level. That's the true value of travel.
About your travel partner
My name is Rae and I am a lifetime traveller with a vast experience across a broad spectrum of travel destinations and methods of travel. I have a particular love of nature and the African continent is one of my true loves, though I am also a Euro tragic who can't go past a beautiful European adventure. I am just as comfortable sleeping under the stars as I am enjoying the benefits that come with sleeping in five stars.
Whatever your flavour I can help you design a trip that gives you the richest possible experience for your budget. I will partner with you from planning to arrival back home to make sure that your trip is everything you want it to be.
On the rare occasion that you need extra help, I am there for that too, day or night in any time zone.

Sure, you can do your own research online, but as a Travel Agent, I have a backstage pass to elevate your trip to the next level.
This is a partnership and I respect the investment you are making in your holiday, so I take the time to apply an individual approach (and some Human Centred Design principles) to the things that are important to you.
I will then combine this with my experience (often personal experience) and the vast network of experts I have access to,
to turn your vision into reality.
